While not an official BB award, and not the highest award in the Brigade, it is recognised as being perhaps the most difficult award to attain. This goes some way to explaining why there are only half the amont of young men from our Company who have succesfuly gained it.
An added incentive for this award is the opportunity to be invited to attend the official presentation ceremony at the Palace Of Holyrood House, and if you are lucky, be presented the award by the man himself !
This award also involves many hours of work for the young men who achieve it, and again involves helping in a community organisation .
