The awards presented by the Company are a key part of the focus of the Company. To some, they are a secondary attraction, but to others, they are the main focus of their year.

Badge Work
There are many different awards presented - from the Anchor Boy Achievement Certificate through to the Queens Badge - but they all require hard work by the boy. Sometimes a little bit of nudging along is required by an officer, but in the end it is upto the boy what he will or will not achieve.

Trophies
While the badges are gained through hard work by the boys, the Company Trophies are presented in recognition of the hard work and a general good attitude. More on that subject in the Trophies page.
